Injection Can Give You Skin Cancer

Dupixent is prescribed to people with atopic dermatitis, and other allergic medical conditions. This includes asthma, nasal polyps leading to chronic sinusitis, eosinophilic esophagitis, prurigo nodularis, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

Research reveals that the active ingredient, dupilumab, in your Dupixent injection can cause CTCL skin cancer. It can also make you worse if you already had skin cancer. We are suing the manufacturers, Regeneron Pharmaceuticals and Sanofi-Aventis, for not warning people of this risk.

CTCL develops in white blood cells that are part of your immune system. CTCL is also known as mycosis fungoides, Sézary syndrome, lymphomatoid papulosis, subcutaneous panniculitis-like T-cell lymphoma, primary cutaneous anaplastic large cell lymphoma, extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma, and primary cutaneous gamma/delta T-cell lymphoma.

Cases Are Currently Being Evaluated & Compensation May Be Available

We have helped more than 44,000 clients deal with cancers that threaten their health. We’ve won billions of dollars for them in verdicts and settlements.

If you used Dupixent, and are suffering from CTCL skin cancer, you may be eligible for compensation. Compensation may encompass your medical expenses, as well as compensation for any pain and suffering. Additionally, you may be entitled to financial remuneration for any loss of earnings and future lost income.
